Freedom Ink Diversity training is designed to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and teach individuals who are different from each other how to work together in a positive, collaborative, and productive manner.

Our Diversity training program teaches participants to value of all of the unique things about employees - race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, age, and physical ability – and the manner in which we work together.

Freedom Ink’s Equity Review program engages organizations in a review process to determine gaps in equity as well as uncover blind spots that might exist within. The goal is to uncover these areas in order to enhance the level of equity within the organization.

Our review process and self-evaluation tools support schools and districts as they develop and implement plans for improvement. We work with individual clients to develop customized criteria that are uniquely focused on uncovering inequity and disproportionality. We also provide orientation sessions for administrators and other key stakeholders to ensure that they are fully engaged in the review process. We work with organizations to strategically plan forward for greater equity.

Freedom Ink supports teachers in developing their professional pedagogy so as to increase their abilities to plan structured, standards-based lessons while infusing cultural relevancy. We also support teachers in their capacity to effectively instruct and support each student at their own independent academic level.

Freedom Ink supports leaders in using data to plan strategically, while acknowledging the strengths and challenges of the staff and students that they are accountable for. We serve as thought partners in this work and use our research, knowledge and experience to help bring the best out of all leaders. Our ultimate goal is helping leaders get the optimum output from their staff and students.

Freedom Ink provides an assortment of services, including anti-racism strategies, culturally responsive teaching and learning, and implicit bias learning sessions. Additional modules offered include: improving classroom motivation and rigor, restorative practices, questioning to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Freedom Ink’s SQR programs engage schools and districts in a process of review and continuous improvement.
