Freedom Ink Diversity training is designed to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and teach individuals who are different from each other how to work together in a positive, collaborative, and productive manner.
Our Diversity training program teaches participants to value of all of the unique things about employees - race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, age, and physical ability – and the manner in which we work together.
Our goals are to help employees become more aware of unconscious bias and other barriers to diversity and inclusion and motivate positive behaviors and attitudes – essential for creating and maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace.
