Dr. Jalilah Muhammad Dukes is the Owner and Lead Consultant of JMD Consulting, LLC. Jalilah provides comprehensive consultancy services to districts and schools in the United States and internationally. She is able to deliver impactful instructional coaching, professional leaning/training, leadership coaching, educator effectiveness and evaluation training, strategic planning, MTSS development and training, diagnostic reviews, PLC support, and curriculum, instruction, and assessment services.

Carron Staple is an Education Consultant and Sole Proprietor of Carron Staple Coaching & Consulting LLC. She is a seasoned administrator and educator with more than 34 years of experience. Carron is well-versed in providing mentoring, supervision, and professional development for adults in an educational setting. She can also support school leaders with curriculum, using data to inform instruction, school systems and structures, and creating goals for school improvement.

Michael Gooch has worked in education for more than 25 years. After 12 years of teaching experience in two north London secondary schools, working as both a Head of Year and a Head of Department, Michael joined Cambridge Education @ Islington (who were responsible for the delivery of education support to Islington’s schools in place of Islington Council) in 2005 as the Gifted and Talented (G&T) Lead for Islington’s schools. Through this role he developed some excellent working relationships with school colleagues at a variety of levels. Michael is currently working as a freelance school improvement consultant since January 2016.
